Tasting note
On the nose, sweet and delicious berry aromas unfold (raspberry, strawberry, cherry, plum), which are accompanied by fine and subtle spicy aromas (licorice, cinnamon, vanilla). This is accompanied by aromas that are reminiscent of forest soil and hay. The velvety, juicy tannins and the fresh-fruity acidity, which becomes more and more apparent as you enjoy, confirm the very positive sensory impression that has already been announced in the bouquet. In the finale, this Santenay from JOSEPH DROUHIN has very typical characteristics: a persistent, fruity finish with the aromas typical of the Pinot Noir grape variety, accompanied by a robust framework of ripe tannins.
