About the wine
Pinot Blanc has been part of the renowned Saint Valentine line since 2001. The low yield from carefully selected vineyards makes it a wine of outstanding quality. Due to its aging in wood, it impresses with its strength and richness as well as its clarity and fine minerality. Its exceptional quality is reflected not least in its impressive durability.

Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, delicate aromas of apple, melon and vanilla. Smooth, fresh, elegant and concentrated on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with fine fish dishes such as scallops, zander or salmon trout. It also goes well with white meat, poultry and fine vegetable dishes, risotto or mild cheeses.
Vinification
Fermentation, biological acid degradation and aging of a portion (50%) on fine yeast take place in barrique tonneaux. The remaining portion is vinified in large oak barrels. After almost one year, the two batches are assembled and then mature for a further eight... (please specify the duration).
