Tasting note
Fresh and clear on the nose with aromas of gooseberries, citrus fruits, green apples, herbs and a hint of mineral flint. Lively, precise and elegant on the palate, with crisp acidity, fine fruit and a pleasantly dry, mineral finish. A classic, terroir-inspired Sancerre with finesse and clear style.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with seafood, oysters, goat cheese (crottin de Chavignol), grilled fish, asparagus dishes, sushi or Asian-spiced dishes. Also ideal as a fine aperitif.
Vinification
Gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and typical Sauvignon aromas. Aging on fine yeast to give the wine additional structure, elegance and a fine mouthfeel — deliberately without the use of wood.
