About the wine
The family-run estate has only existed for two generations, and yet the 47-hectare winery is already one of the best and most respected producers in the region, which is definitely a surprise in French viticulture, which goes and forth in a very classic and traditional way, and once again underlines the great class of the domain. The steep vineyards have been cultivated biodynamically for over 10 years, which has given the wines even more finesse and aromatic expression.

Tasting note
A fencer. Elegant and light-footed, yet extremely focused and expressive. Fascinatingly beautiful development in glass, lime, gooseberries, oregano, flint. Dancing on the palate, plenty of fine acidity, full of energy and excitement and yet calm, long fresh finish. Pure drinking pleasure.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the white wine is a slightly chilled 10°-12°C. Flaschenpost team is recommended with goat cheese, fish and white meat.
Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Very gentle pressing, long, temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks and storage on fine yeast, only very slight fining.
