The Rovernaz Rosé de Gamay La Côte AOC from Cave de La Côte is a refreshing rosé wine from the La Côte region of Vaud, which highlights the fruitiness and lightness of the Gamay grape.

Tasting note
The wine has a bright salmon-pink color with sparkling reddish reflections. On the nose, there are fine scents of red fruits such as raspberries and aromatic wild strawberries. On the palate, it is juicy and smooth with a fruity note of red fruits. It has a good balance between subtle acidity and minimalistic residual sweetness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, pizza, pasta and cheeky fresh salad options. As a dessert accompaniment, it is ideal pure with ice-cold, slightly sweetened strawberries or red currants.
Vinification
The Gamay grapes are grown in various plots in La Côte near Lake Geneva, between Morges and Nyon. After careful harvesting, gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation take place to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the wine.
