About the wine
The history of the renowned family and their 47-hectare winery dates back many centuries. The family combines tradition and innovation, including the founding of one of the first golf courses in Italy. Barone Pizzini has been producing outstanding sparkling wines for years and is a pioneer in quality and organic viticulture. Their efforts have received several awards, including World's Best Organic Wine in 2012. Each bottle offers a small celebration of pleasure.

Tasting note
Great Gatsby. Extravagant and mysterious, with sensitive sides. First large, bright, red fruit, cream, pastries, but also rose petals and a touch of anise, always with something special, far beyond the cliché. Passionate but very finely foaming on the palate, red fruits, undergrowth, bright, tart and fresh, impresses with spirit not with body, spicy freshness like a flash of inspiration, and at the end the muse kisses him, a whiff of soft, sweet and creamy notes. Yes, yes, when you whisper and foam and play the pink card... but this one is really big.

Vinification
Selective harvesting, gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and aging for 6 months in steel tanks and small oak barrels, storage on fine yeast for 30 to 40 months.
