About the wine
In 2011, the Alta Langa appellation of origin achieved DOCG status for sparkling wines that are pressed according to the “Metodo Classico” (bottle fermentation). The growing area stretches in the hills on the right bank of the Tanaro River and is relatively small at around 80 hectares.

Tasting note
Bright salmon pink, the fine perlage has good persistence. The bouquet shows clear fruit notes such as pink grapefruit and pomegranate. The yeast notes are subtly and harmoniously integrated. Refreshing, straight and present on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with oysters, crustaceans, sushi or as an elegant aperitif.

36 months bottle fermentation.
