About the wine
We have fought our way through the joyless world of non-alcoholic wines. Terrible! No alcohol, no fat — but unfortunately no taste either. And then suddenly: Moritz Zyrewitz and Philipp Rössle from Kolonne Null! In Berlin, they make non-alcoholic wine that is taken seriously. No flour, no waste product — it is the wine that counts here, not the lack of alcohol. Together with the winemakers, the two select the best grapes, work on the cuvées and gently dealcoholize using vacuum distillation. Of course you can taste that there is no alcohol in it — but it can still be really cool. As with Kolonne Null!

Tasting note
Contrails in the evening sky. What a fascinating lightness, this delicate, fresh, softly glowing, bright, pink fruit, apricot, floral, then this slightly cloudy minerality, stone flour and a touch of herbs. So light and soft on the palate, the delicate pink fruit floats and runs like a band through this clinking clear fresh air, sweet, silky acidity. It is as airy, fine and refreshing as it invigorates, you want, you have to drink the bottle - and that without any remorse!
Vinification
Base wine from Les Quatres Tours in Provence. The alcohol is removed using the vacuum distillation process at just 28 degrees, which preserves the natural aromas.
