Rosato Barbarossa Salento IGP is a fresh and juicy rosé made from Primitivo and Negroamaro grapes, ready to brighten your day. Easygoing and vibrant, it’s perfect for sharing with friends or unwinding on a sunny afternoon.

Tasting note
Brilliant pink. Very fruity bouquet, which smells of sweet apricot, lime blossom and rose hips. Fruity and elegant on the palate with some residual sweetness.
Vinification
It is grown on the Salento peninsula on soils rich in limestone and marl. It comes from the Primitivo grape variety, which is raised in Guyote education. Manual reading at the right level of maturity from mid-September. Winemaking with gentle pressing and low must yield. Alcoholic fermentation for 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. The product is then stored in a cellar with controlled temperature and batonnage (stirring up the yeast).
