About the wine
For the first time, a single-layer wine from the top location Val dei Preti was bottled - in bottles with screw caps. On the one hand, there was interest in the development of Arneis wines from the premium location, on the other hand, the influence of the screw cap. The result is more than convincing. This cru is only pressed and bottled separately in ideal vintages.

Tasting note
Light, fine straw yellow with green reflections. Intense aromas of citrus, white fruits, bitter almonds and beautiful floral notes. The acidity is still extremely juicy and fresh; in retro, it has a very elegant, ripe note.
Culinary recommendation
It can be enjoyed alone, but more as a meditation wine than as an aperitif. It goes very well with fried fish, vegetarian pasta dishes without tomatoes and white meat.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation at 18-20°C for ten days in steel tanks, 30% of which with maceration. Then aged for four months in steel tanks on the hides with regular batonnage. Aging in the bottle for at least 5 years before sale.
