About the wine
Rock embodies the power and elegance of Greco di Tufo. In bright yellow gold, it shimmers in the glass and seduces with aromas of peach, bitter orange, cedar and a touch of bergamot. On the palate, it has a creamy texture, supported by fresh acidity and fine minerality. Gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and brief aging on fine yeast gives it depth and elegance. Tasting note
The ROCK appears in a bright yellow gold glass with delicate reflections of mint and balsamic freshness. On the nose, inviting aromas of juicy “Bellella” peaches, bitter orange, cedarwood and bergamot develop. On the palate, it impresses with a creamy texture, fresh acidity and distinctive minerality, which gives it liveliness and depth.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish dishes, crustaceans, oysters and mussels. Also excellent with blue cheese and tender white meat dishes — a versatile companion for Mediterranean and international gourmet cuisine.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and subjected to cold static clarification. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts. The aging begins in steel tanks, followed by a brief aging in wooden barriques with regular bâtonnage (“sur lies”) to give the wine additional complexity and creaminess.
