About the wine
We have a special, outstanding Barbera from 2011 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the Italian winery Andrea Picchioni is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the beautiful and flourishing countryside of Lombardy. Tasting note
Deep, almost impenetrable ruby red color. The aromas range from dried flowers to black berries, with notes of plum, tobacco, cocoa, spices and the always present balsamic note typical of the Solinga Valley. In the mouth, it shows distinctive, fine-grained tannins and a firm, robust structure. It is full and wide, intense, fleshy and long.

Vinification
After draining, the must remains in contact with the skins for at least 20 days. After tapping, the wine is aged in wooden barrels of various sizes for at least 12 months. A further 6 months of bottle aging
