Ripasso Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC Le Crosare's distinctive bouquet of black pepper and vanilla skilfully flirts with your sense of smell. Afterwards, fruity nuances of raspberries and green peppers resolutely and consciously impress your senses of taste. Medium-strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows plenty of character and class.

Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: temperature-controlled fermentation, storage in stainless steel containers. Secondary fermentation using the Ripasso method on Amarone peels. Aging in oak barrels for one year.
