With the VA! The hacienda Real Agrado dares to experiment with a vinification method derived from Beaujolais, the macération carbonique. This consists of neither squeezing nor stripping the harvested grapes. They are brought into barrels as whole grapes, where they are only gently crushed by the pressure of their own weight. Fermentation then does the rest, as the resulting carbonic acid slowly softens the berry skins and the dyes and flavorings can escape and enter the juice. The advantage is an extremely strong fruit content and you almost think you have the fresh berry juice in front of you. They are beautiful, rich flavors, inviting and inspiring! As with every wine from Real Agrado, the exquisite quality of the grapes is immediately apparent. The advantage of this winery to only use grapes from their own vineyards is also reflected here in the sheer perfect aroma of this wonderfully invigorating wine.
