Tasting note
The fragrance spectrum of petrol, nectarine and pineapple shows a complex aroma structure and a lot of finesse. The striking nuances of apple, apricot and lime shape their individual texture. Slim body and outstanding acidity result in the white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with Asian food, duck and Indian cuisine. Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 10°-13°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase for this wine: 5-8 years after the harvest.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: The grapes are carefully picked and selected by hand. Long fermentation of the must both in stainless steel tanks and in large wooden barrels on the fine yeast.
