Tasting note
The wonderful shale minerality is combined with great precision, great reduction and cool fruit. This straight-lined, subtle Riesling with a deep, firm texture is impressive.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are gently pressed and clarified using natural sedimentation. The must is then fermented in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank, where it is also aged.
