About the wine
In the third generation, Birgit and Hansjörg Rebholz and their team work in harmony with nature and intervene as little or as possible in the processes. The vines must therefore make do with what nature around Siebeldingen gives them. The result is wines that take a long time to develop their strengths, but that is exactly why they have a lot of character.

Tasting note
The bouquet appears spicy and dense with exotic, stony and slightly smoky notes. On the palate, with a nice draft, slight saltiness, creaminess and power. Long and concentrated aftertaste.

Vinification
The selected grapes are harvested manually in several harvests and then kept cool for 24 hours. The must is then gently pressed and clarified using natural sedimentation before it ferments in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank. The wine is then aged on fine lees for six months before it is bottled and sold.
