Tasting note
On the nose, the wine is youthful with slightly nutty, yeasty and subtle herbal notes, accompanied by a touch of smoke and restrained aromas of bright yellow fruits. On the palate, it is juicy with fine acidity, once again yeast-nutty and smoky notes and good persistence. Bitter mineral tones and a touch of yellow spice are noticeable in the background. The wine has a fairly firm structure and ends in a very good, juicy and spicy finish with well-integrated, albeit somewhat unnecessary sweetness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine fish dishes such as grilled zander or Müllerin trout. It also develops its full potential with light poultry, Asian dishes with a slight spiciness or vegetarian dishes with fresh herbs.

Gentle hand harvest, spontaneous fermentation, long aging on fine yeast.
