About the wine
In the third generation, Birgit and Hansjörg Rebholz and their team work in harmony with nature and intervene as little or as possible in the processes. The vines must therefore make do with what nature around Siebeldingen gives them. The result is wines that take a long time to develop their strengths, but that is exactly why they have a lot of character.

Tasting note
The nose is precise and clear with exotic, spicy and stony aromas. Noticeable minerality and wonderful freshness in the first drink. Ends long on yellow, ripe fruit.

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Riesling Ganzhorn Grosses Gewächs passt bestens zu Crevetten, Pilzen und Ente.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are gently pressed and clarified using natural sedimentation. The must is then fermented in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank, where it is also aged.
