About the wine

The Ökonomierat Rebholz winery in Siebeldingen on the German Wine Route cultivates 22 hectares of vineyards in excellent locations. The 16th century estate building, where the family has lived and worked for over 100 years, is also the place where we receive our customers and guests and where we celebrate our parties (events). Our special, somewhat different vine-type wines owe their existence and success largely to their terroir, the philosophy that has been cultivated for three generations. And last but not least, the people who appreciated the quality of our wines and accompanied them critically and amicably for many years. The fact that our customers and friends have sometimes gone against the tide with us has helped us a lot.

Tasting note
Surgeon in the operating room. Focus and precision, initially brightly illuminated, tart, fresh, light fruit, apple, mineral tension, develops increasingly a calming size, stands above things with routine serenity, warm, almost dark, smoky minerality, a touch of tobacco, a touch of sweet fruit cream and cinnamon. On the palate, a scalpel from a steady hand, softly flowing, a clean, precise, sharp cut into the soft, almost warm chalky minerality, abundant fine and ripe acidity, comes out ever fresher, high tension, and then there it is again, this delicate, sweet life, the soul, the fresh, ripe fruit. World-class pure Rebholz - give time to fully develop your personality in youth, open or decant early!
