Tasting note
Light yellow color. Very intense, close-meshed and complex aroma. Fine spiciness, distinctive gooseberries and yellow peppers with citrus notes and superficial minerality. Subtle elderflowers and exoticism that intensifies in the glass. Brilliantly clear and intense fruit with distinctive minerality. Spicy, elegant, peppers, gooseberries, cassis and a touch of elderflowers and citrus. Very long mineral aftertaste.
