About the wine
Blooming and fertile Friuli landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Vigna Lenuzza conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. With the fine Ribolla Gialla Friuli DOC, which was produced in 2021, you will definitely have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
The Ribolla Gialla shines in a bright golden yellow. On the nose, delicate aromas of ripe pears, peaches, wild flowers and some acacia blossoms inspire. On the palate, the wine is yellow-fruited and fresh with a velvety mouthfeel, vibrant acidity, salty minerality and a long-lasting finish with a slight bitter almond note. A freshly fruited ribolla of great typicity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasti, pasta, fish, seafood, cheese.
Vinification
The Ribolla grape variety is one of the largest autochthonous white grape varieties of Friuli, which was cultivated there back in Roman times. After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. 90% of the aging takes place in stainless steel tanks on yeast and 10% in French barriques. After approx. 8 months, the wine is bottled unembellished and only slightly filtered.
