About the wine
Tenuta Stella is located in Scriò, a district of Dolegna del Collio, in an exceptional area for viticulture. It is located on the highest point of Collio, on a hill from which you not only have a spectacular view of the terraced, amphitheatre-like vineyards, but also of the whole of Friuli. Beyond the tops of the vine lines, the visitor's gaze is indeed lost in the horizon, and on clear days, you can even see the sea from here.

Tasting note
Fine and elegant bubbles On the nose, fresh and cheerful aromas reminiscent of the typical scent of the Ribolla gialla grape, with fruity notes of apple, white peach and hazelnut. Mineral notes contribute to the lively bouquet of this wine. On the palate, it is fresh and assertive, citrusy, with an elegant body and plenty of juiciness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with raw fish starters and mixed tempura made from vegetables, seafood and shellfish. A surprise combined with a gourmet pizza.
