Tasting note
A showcase wine for the company's sustainable approach. The name Resultum is derived from the Latin term “resilience.” An homage to the resilience of grapes, i.e. the natural ability to adapt to drastic climate changes. Yes, even growing with them! As a result of years of experiments, the Sangiovese vines on this vineyard have greater resilience and stronger roots. And thus enable the development of outstanding grape quality.
Culinary recommendation
The Resultum Sangiovese Rubione IGT goes well with roasts and beef braises. This red wine enriches every meal with dark meat, but also soups and fine cheese.
Vinification
Careful harvesting and selection of Sangiovese grapes. The fermentation phase takes place in glass cement containers at a controlled temperature with a maceration period of 25 to 30 days. The red wine is aged in steel and glass cement for a few months and then in the bottle for a further 12 months. No wood finish!
