About the wine

Tasting note
After careful selection, the grapes are spread out in small wooden boxes in dry, well-ventilated rooms to dry. As a result, an extraordinary concentration of all ingredients is achieved. The must ferments very slowly due to the cold winter temperature. When an alcohol content of 12% vol. is reached, fermentation is stopped by refilling, filtering and cooling, leaving the wine sweet. Intense, delicate and floral bouquet of violets, irises and wild roses with notes of vanilla; full, sweet taste, characterful, velvety and warm.

The typical Verona cake such as pandoro, panettone and shortcrust pastry, but also with flavorful soft cheeses such as gorgonzola — an excellent dessert wine or with fresh strawberries, fruit pie and cigar
