About the wine
The “Raziel” delicately and finely structured spoils the nose with scents of black fruits, leather and smoke; all with a background of earth and red cherries. The wine is full-bodied, with balanced aromas and a pleasant, long and persistent finish. It consists of a blend of Syrah and Carignan grapes that are harvested by hand and aged in French oak barrels for 18 months after pressing. This elegant red wine can be enjoyed right from the moment you buy it, but it is recommended to let it age elegantly in the bottle for a few years. Try the wine with dishes such as Beef Wellington, crispy veal schnitzel, or with a smoked cheese of your choice.
