Tasting note
Viña Acered has an intense purple color in the glass. The nose is dominated by massive aromas of ripe red fruits, accompanied by mineral nuances and generous balsamic aromas. On the palate, this wine is very juicy and full-bodied. The rich fruit aromas blend with subtle minerality and a touch of balsamic, creating a complex and balanced flavor profile.

Goes excellently with Mediterranean dishes of all kinds — from seafood to pasta to tapas, lamb stews, beef, intensive grilled dishes, vegetables, black olives and much more.
Vinification
The Garnacha grapes for Viña Acered grow at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. The village of Acered translated from Arabic as “The Way”, is located between the Sierras of Pardos and Atea and has a long wine-growing tradition. Vinification involves fermentation at 30°C for seven days, followed by a secondary fermentation of 25 days to optimally extract the aromas and colours. The wine is then aged for 6 months in 225 liter barrels to develop and refine its complexity.
