Tasting note
The Fabla 506 has an intense cherry red color. The nose is dominated by typical Garnacha aromas of ripe red fruits, plums, figs and a touch of black pepper and minerality. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and balanced, with lively freshness and soft tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes excellently with Mediterranean dishes of all kinds — from seafood to pasta to tapas, lamb stews, intensive grilled dishes, vegetables, black olives and much more.
Vinification
The grapes for Fabla 506 are harvested at the end of September and beginning of October. Made primarily from 80% Garnacha and 20% Syrah, the wine is directly incubated and fermented to preserve the fresh fruit aromas of Garnacha. Some of the garnacha is then aged in oak barrels for 3 months.
