About the wine
Give yourself a treat for the senses with the fine Quibia from 2022! The wine-growing areas of the Spanish winery Anima Negra extend across the landscapes of the Balearic Islands, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine.

Tasting note
Yellow gold. Subtle floral scent, honey sweetness with notes of peach and pear. Light yeast note, herbal notes. Mild, soft white with beautiful, mineral notes and a slightly tart, herbal finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, grilled fish, Mediterranean starters such as tapas or prawns al ajillo. It is also an excellent choice for light pasta dishes with lemon sauce, poultry, goat cheese or summer salads. Its elegant structure also makes it a great companion for lightly spiced Asian dishes.
Vinification
Handpicked in small boxes. 12 hours of mash contact before pressing, fermentation at 17°C, aging on yeast for 4 months.
