Tasting note
Spiciness and tropical fruit aromas, full-bodied, excellent acid structure, rich and complex fruit aromas, fine yeast tones, also develops citrus and biscuit aromas when aged in the bottle, intense and long-lasting.

Vinification
According to the old Burgundy tradition: Fermentation in barriques, 11 months aging on lees in new French barriques. Stirring the yeast regularly increases complexity and richness of taste and preserves freshness. This top-class Chardonnay will also fascinate connoisseurs of great Burgundy white wines.
