About the wine
In 1997, the artist and “Yello” star Dieter Meier bought 2,200 hectares of land in the Argentinian pampas Humeda and founded his organic farm with a vineyard called Ojo de Agua. His PURO wines now enjoy cult status. Meier is and remains a pioneering chart topper!

Tasting note
Shiny pale yellow with greenish reflections. Fine, floral bouquet of white stone fruit, spicy muscat grapes and exotic fruits (lychee) with a touch of fragrant rose petals. On the palate, fresh aromas of citrus fruits (pink grapefruit, lime) and herbs in addition to delicate exotic notes (lychee, star fruit), aromatic, fresh and powerful with lively acidity, in the finale elegant with a fall-fruity finish. Well done!

Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 6°-8°C.
Vinification
In the vineyards of La Rioja, the birthplace of Torrontés, located around 1600 meters high, grow the white vines for Dieter Meier's pure Puro. All grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, immediately brought to the winery, gently fermented in stainless steel tanks and also aged there for around 90 days to bring their juicy fruit and freshness to the bottle as pure as possible. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
