About the wine
A few years ago, coffee producer Maurizio Zanetti took over the winery and invested primarily in the vineyards. Under the leadership of Franco Bernabei and Lionello Lot, Case Bianche has developed into one of the leading prosecco houses.

Vinification
Extra Dry grapes come from the Costapiana and Capitello vineyards of Case Bianche, a village in the municipality of Susegana (Conegliano). After fermentation in steel, sparkling wine is made using the Charmat method. The procedure, until reaching 5 atm, takes 60 days. The residual sugar is 14.6 g/l, which is a basis in the definition of “extra dry”. Acidity: 5.97 g/l. Dry extract 34.9 g/l.
