About the wine
The grapes are grown in the Carpesica area on limestone soils rich in moraine deposits from the old Piave glacier. The vineyards face south-southwest and are situated at an average altitude of 180 m above sea level. San Fermo is the name of the country church that borders the vineyard where these vines are grown.

Tasting note
Bright straw yellow. Delicious millesimato with fine perlage. The bouquet is delicate, with notes of baking spices, fresh pear, citrus and herbs. Extremely straight on the palate with a fine minerality. A long aftertaste, lots of fruit and a touch of walnut shells.
Vinification
The grapes are grown in the Carpesica area on limestone soils rich in moraine deposits from the old Piave glacier. The vineyards face south-southwest and are situated at an average altitude of 180 m above sea level. After draining and gently pressing, the must is fermented at 18-20°C. The wine ages between 1 and 3 months. The second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method in 100hl steel pressure fermentation vessels over a period of about 2 months.
