Tasting note
The Prosecco La Marca is bright straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is fresh and seductive with notes of citrus, white peach and quince, complemented by a touch of rose scent and delicate aroma of bread crust. On the palate, it is very balanced, invigorates with fine acidity and long-lasting presence.
Culinary recommendation
Thanks to its soft nature, it is ideal for lightly cooked dishes, as it accentuates the natural aromas of the food. It goes particularly well with seafood and shellfish, sea bass and tuna sushi tacos, small chicken and pepper burgers, focaccine with mortadella from Bologna and quinoa arancini with fresh vegetables and turmeric
Vinification
The first must, which is obtained by gentle pressing, is fermented with selected yeasts at a temperature of 15°C. The second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method, also at 15°C.
