Tasting note
Color: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aroma: Fresh and floral, with intense notes of green apple, pear and white flowers such as acacia, enriched with subtle citrus notes and a slight scent of bread crust. Taste: Balanced and smooth, with lively freshness. The fine and persistent perlage gives the palate a pleasant creaminess. Fruity notes blend with delicate minerality, which increases drinkability and leaves a harmonious and sophisticated finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, but also with light appetizers, seafood, sushi and sashimi as well as risotto and fish dishes. It also goes well with cream cheese and fruit.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand to preserve the integrity of the fruit. This is followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The Charmat method gives the wine its characteristic fine and persistent perlage and preserves the fresh aromatic notes of Glera.
