Blooming and enchanting landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Andreola Orsola conjures up this sparkling wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Clear prosecco with a straw-yellow color. Perlage stubborn and very fine-grained. The nose has an intense, fine scent and pleasant fruity notes reminiscent of green apple. The bouquet is delicate and characteristic and prepares for a pleasantly fruity and dry palate. Fruity, fresh brut, with little residual sweetness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif or a celebration.
Vinification
Manual harvest in early September. Vinification of white grapes with soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approx. 11 — 13 days at 28°C. Sparkling wine fermentation using the Charmat Martinotti method for 30 days. After that, aging in the bottle for approx. 3 months.
