Tasting note
Sauvignon Blanc has a wonderfully expressive nose with notes of passion fruit, green fig and elderflower. The palate is dominated by aromas of peach, passion fruit and citrus fruits. Complex and well-structured, the medium-strength mouthfeel is supported by fresh acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Go very well with Asian vegetables from the wok with noodles
Vinification
Each component block was harvested early in the morning, the grapes were crushed and brought into contact with the skin for up to 12 hours. After gentle pressing, cold fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. Contact with yeast was promoted, which contributes to a full-bodied and complex mouthfeel.
