Tasting note
Cuvée from four plots from the Grand Cru sites of Cramant, Chouilly and Oiry. The basis of 92% is the 2018 vintage, complemented by reserve wines from the previous two vintages. Expanded without BSA in steel tanks. Then on the bottle for 44 months. Bell-clear nose with aromas of white peach, citrus fruit and some quince, clearly underlined by mineral notes such as oyster shells, chalk and some lemongrass. On the palate with a distinct pull forward, clear, fresh with lots of pressure but also wonderfully playful fruit and spice.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Japanese cuisine, fresh oysters, grilled (sea) fish or even with a scaloppine al limone.
