About the wine
In 2010, Olivier Ramé quit his job as financial advisor and began training as a winemaker. However, it quickly became clear that as a winemaker he was not simply wanted to follow the beaten path. So He traveled around the world for two years and visited almost 200 wine regions to find your own style. His work is characterized by bold decisions and a penchant for rebellion. He calls his wines affectionately “dissidents”, as they do not comply with the laws of Obey the Cabardès appellation.

Tasting note
Against fresh and mineral We have had Chardonnay “Préjugés” since No “prejudices” for the first sip more: Wonderfully floral, as if you were at a flower market. Complex without Wood notes.
