Tasting note
The Luminance is expresses exactly what Nina and Jonathan Pabiot love as Pouilly Fumé. Perhaps that is one of the reasons why this wine is called Prédilection (preference). The grapes come from a single village and are 100% aged in concrete tanks. For Pabiot, concrete has all the advantages of a wooden barrel, but without the taste effect of wood.
