Pouilly Fume AC Vieilles Vignes 2024 - Domaine Régis Minet

This very typical pouilly fumé impresses with its bright golden yellow. On the nose, tasty aromas of ripe citrus fruit, gooseberries, bright flowers, some thyme, tarragon, almond and a subtle smoky note. On the palate, extremely clear, mineral, harmonious, fuller than a Sancerre with aromas of green apple, some grapefruit, slightly grassy notes, apricot, peach, flint and spicy nuances. The sapid acid leads to a long finale of minimalism and harmonious fruit. A great food manager.
