Tasting note
Clear and pure pinot fruit with aromas of dark berries, cherries, figs, strawberry jam and spices. The palate is lively with lots of juiciness and a complex structure. A wonderfully balanced and elegant red wine with a long-lasting finish, ending with lots of red and dark fruit.
Vinification
Strict manual reading. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts. The subsequent maturation took place for ten months in 50% new French oak barrels. This Pinot Noir was neither filtered nor refined.
