About the wine
An elegant red wine from the renowned Collio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. This Pinot Nero is bright ruby red and seduces with fine, elegant fruit aromas of red berries, raspberries and plums, accompanied by balsamic nuances and soft, velvety tannins. After traditional, careful handpicking and long mash and wooden barrel aging, it impresses the palate with depth, structure and balanced fullness — ideal with hearty meat dishes or strong pasta sauces.

Tasting note
It has the typical delicate ruby red color, a unique scent of wild fruits (including ripe strawberries and raspberries) and is harmonious and velvety on the palate with an appropriate tannic content.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with risotto, first courses with meat sauces, cooked poultry and white meat skewers.
Vinification
Pressing and destemming is followed by a long maceration with circulation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, after which the wine is separated from the skins. Ageing in stainless steel tanks.
