About the wine
Blooming and picturesque landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Hofstätter conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. With the delicious Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOP, which was produced in 2012, you will definitely have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Color: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Perfume: Fresh and delicate, with notes of green apple, pear and a touch of white flowers. Mineral nuances are also perceived, which reflect the mountain terroir. Taste: Dry, elegant and balanced, with lively acidity that gives freshness. On the palate, there are aromas of crunchy fruits such as apple and pear, enriched by a light taste that persists in the aftertaste and makes it pleasantly long and harmonious.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light appetizers, fish dishes, shellfish and white meats. Perfect with summer salads, vegetable dishes and fresh soft cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the purity of the varietal aromas. After fermentation, the wine ages briefly on fine lees to improve its structure and complexity.
