Tasting note
Medium lemon yellow, clear on the nose, complex and mineral with brioche and roasted nuts. A harmonious sparkling wine with elegant perlage. Fresh and structured palate, pleasant texture, ripe stone fruit and subtle roasted aromas.

Vinification
The base wine is fermented and stored in small used wooden barrels. After maturing in the bottle for around 8 years, the wine is then disgorged on the yeast and then sealed with a dry Dosage d'Expedition and released for sale.
