Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny countryside of California. Tasting note
This rich Chardonnay comes from Clarksburg, the sun-drenched heart of the Sacramento wine region in California. The ripe fruit structure is balanced by a crunchy acidity, which is retained at night thanks to the harvest. The palate is rounded off by the sensitive use of new French and American oak, with ripe plums, apricots and lemons accompanied by a silky, buttery texture. The subsequent stirring of the fine yeast provides balance and a long, mouth-filling finish. The wine is perfect with fish and white meats, but also with richer dishes.

Goes well with cheese, grilled fish, veal, chicken.
