Tasting note
Beautiful red color with purple hues. A very fresh aroma and an abundance of floral and fruit notes that are confirmed in the mouth. Cheerful and lively with hints of citrus and summery pome fruits such as peach and apricot. Elegant and long-lasting in the aftertaste.

Vinification
Pissarres in Catalan means slate soil. The vines of this region grow on these. The youngest vines were planted in 2000 and the oldest in 1934. The harvest is done by hand, the grapes are collected in small boxes and brought to the winery. Winemaking takes place in 5,000 liter stainless steel tanks. The grape varieties are vinified separately to preserve the typicity of the individual grape. The young wine is aged for 6 months in 225 and 500 liter French oak barriques. Some of the barriques are new, others are from the previous year.
