About the wine

Sometimes it's a coincidence, sometimes great things come out of knowledge and planning, and sometimes the two come together, just like here. Caiarossa was founded in 1998, which replanted around 40 ha of vineyards, biodynamic from the very first minute (certified in 2005), a basis on which large things should be created. However, the real initial spark was in 2004, when Eric Albada Jelgersma (Château Giscours, Château du Tertre) acquired the winery and initiated the ascent to the top of Tuscany with his immense knowledge and individual signature. Caiarosse are fascinating wines that combine in an incomparable way the erotic elegance of Tuscans with the cool French nobility of the Bordeaux people, which appeal to soul and mind, simply delight.

Tasting note
Madame de Sade - this calm, seductive ripe feminine elegance, red and brown silky soft fruit, so ripe and yet freed from all burden and heaviness, rather animated by a joyful pleasure, so fresh, full of youth. On the palate of such maturity and vitality, this elegance, the ripe fruit, and how it then challenges, plays, delightfully elegantly seduces, shows its desire, always with so much style and attitude, this relaxed, slender structure, sweet-tart tannins, and always this ripe elegance of the fruit, you literally taste the waving dark, elegant dress, the nobility and lust. Great, that's how you want to age, mature so, stay so young, the art of seduction!
Culinary recommendation
For Gruyère burgers, red meat and ribeye steak, we recommend Flaschenpöstler.
