About the wine

Tasting note
Amarone-style Barbera Garnet red in the glass with long-lasting aromas of plum and blackcurrant jam paired with nuances of dark chocolate. An extremely rich, full-bodied and velvety-elegant wine.

Vinification
After hand harvesting in October, the grapes are placed in crates to dry. This creates a high sugar concentration in the shrinking grape berries, which are only squeezed in January. The wine then matures in French oak barriques.
