About the wine
New Age wines are produced by Bodegas Valentin Bianchi, a fourth-generation family winery founded in 1928. After nearly a century of hard work and success, the winery still exudes the family's heritage, trying to keep their passion for wine alive and constantly explore new horizons. In 1976, our mentor Enzo Bianchi hosted his family and friends with this Bianchi Particular from his personal cellar. The insistence of his family members to continue enjoying it convinced Enzo to launch it while maintaining the spirit of the first vintage.

Tasting note
A great, intense ruby red that awakens the drinking mood before this Malbec gives off the first notes of fragrance. Concentrated fruit aromas are supported by violets, tobacco and vanilla. It still has very elegant tannins and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
The perfect partner for a grilled dish and soft cheese, a hearty venison entrecote is also easily accompanied.
Vinification
Hand-picked with additional sorting of the grapes. Aged for 14 months in French and American barriques.
